Variation in transfer

The State Government may provide that transfers made under the terms of Sections 23 and 24 shall be provisional for a period of up to twelve months from the effective date and shall be liable to revocation, alteration, addition or other modification in such manner as the State Government may deem appropriate and shall reserve the right to do so.
