Property tax on lands and buildings.

In calculating the amount of property tax and the amount payable per quarter or half year or year after allowing the rebate as may be admissible for payment within the date fixed·therefor, the fraction of a rupee shall be rounded off to the nearest rupee, fifty paise being treated as one rupee.
