Notice of stoppage of water-supply.

If, at any time, supply of water is proposed to be stopped for more than twenty-four hours in any municipal area or part thereof or to any connected premises, the Chief Municipal Officer shall notify such stoppage through television and newspaper, and by beat of drum where necessary.
