Insertion of new section 15 A

In the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 2007, (herein after referred to as the said Act), after sub-section (4) of section 15 the following the new section shall be inserted, namely:- "15A Nominated Councillors: - The State Government may nominate Councillors from amongst those Communities who have not been adequately represented in the Municipalities."
