Remedying of defects.

(1) The Municipality shall, as soon as practicable, consider the report of the Auditor and shall take such action as may be necessary to remove the defects or irregularities pointed out in the report. (2) The Chief Municipal Officer shall remedy any defect that has been pointed out by the Auditor in his report.
