Definitions.

In this Chapter. unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Advocate" has the same meaning as in the Advocates Act, 1961. 25 of 1961. (b) "Advocate on Record" means a registered Advocate engaged by a person who has the right and title over the plot or lessee in respect of the plot for a building activity;
