Presumption in case of contravention.

Any licence granted under section 140 shall be void, if- (a) the licensee contravenes any of the terms and conditions of licence, or (b) any addition or alteration is made to, or in, the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon- sign, or sky- sign, upon or over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed, or retained, or (c) the land, building, wall, hoarding, frame, post, kiosk, structure, vehicle, neon-sign, or sky-sign over which the advertisement is erected, exhibited, fixed, or retained is demolished or destroyed.
