Statutory text
(1) Each ward of a Municipality shall have an Area Sabha (2) The Councillor elected from a ward shall be the chairperson of the Area Sabha for that ward, (3) The composition of the Area Sabha, the representation of various interest groups therein, and the functions thereof, shall be such as may be prescribed.
