Reference by Municipality to Civil Court in certain cases of recovery of expenses.

(1) If, in respect of any expenses referred to in section 325, any dispute arises, the Chief Municipal Officer shall refer such dispute to the Civil Court having jurisdiction for determination. (2) Upon such reference, the Chief Municipal Officer shall defer further proceedings for the recovery of such expenses and shall recover only such amount, if any, as may be determined by the Civil Court having jurisdiction.
