De-registration of registered Advocate, registered Architect, registered Construction Engineer, and registered Structural Engineer.

If any- (a) registered Advocate, or (b) registered Architect, or (c) registered Construction Engineer, or (d) registered Structural Engineer fails to discharge his duties and responsibilities under this chapter, the Chief Municipal Officer may, after giving him a reasonable opportunity of being heard in such manner as may be prescribed, and by an order, in writing, remove his name from the books of the Municipality and, thereupon, he shall cease to be a registered Advocate or registered Architect or registered Construction Engineer or registered Structural Engineer, as the case may be,
