Supply of water for domestic purposes.

A supply of water for domestic purposes shall be deemed not to include a supply- (a) to any institutional building, assembly building, business building, mercantile building, industrial building, storage building, hazardous building, or educational building, or any part of such building, other than that used as a residential building, (b) for building purposes including construction of streets, (c) for watering roads and paths, (d) for purposes of irrigation, (e) for gardens, fountains, swimming pools, public baths, public tanks, or for any ornamental or mechanical purposes, or (f) for animals or for washing vehicles where such animals or vehicles are kept for sale or hire.
