Prohibition for laying water-pipes and construction of latrines and cesspools.

The Chief Municipal Officer shall have the power to prohibit-(a) laying of water-pipes in such place or places, (b) construction of latrine or cesspool within such distance from any well, tank, water-pipe, or cistern, and (c) the use of water from such source of supply, in such manner as may be prescribed.
