Harvesting of rain water.

(1) In every building owned or occupied by the State Government or a statutory body or a company or an institution owned or controlled by the State Government or in public parks, gardens, and other open spaces under its administrative control, rain water harvesting structure shall be provided in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Municipality may, from time to time, take steps to promote harvesting of rain water and may also undertake campaigns to promote public awareness of conservation of rain water.
