Financial statement.

(1) The Chief Municipal Officer shall, within four months of the close of a year, cause to be prepared under revenue account and capital account a financial statement containing an account of income and expenditure and an account of receipts and payments for the preceding year in respect of the Municipality. (2) The Form of the financial statement, and the manner in which the financial statement shall be prepared, shall be such as may be prescribed.
