Internal revenues of Municipality.

The internal revenues of the Municipality shall consist of the receipts of the Municipality from the following sources :- (a) taxes levied by the Municipality, (b) user charges ievied for provision of civic services, and (c) fees and fines levied for performance of regulatory and other statutory functions.
