Section 188

For the purposes of receiving, treating, storing, disinfecting, distributing, or otherwise disposing of sewage, the Municipality may, either on its own, or through a Department, or organization, of the State Government, or any agency, construct, operate, maintain, develop, and manage any works within or outside the municipal area.
