Levy of sewerage tax

(1) The Municipality, or the concerned Department, or organization, of the State Government, may, from time to time, levy sewerage services charge at such rates as may be determined by keeping in view the number of connection points, number of latrines, size of house connections, or quantity of sewage flow as may be assessed by the Municipality, or the concerned Department, or organization, of the State Government, or the agency, as the case may be.
