Public notice and inspection of assessment list.

Where the determination of the annual value of any land or building in any ward or part thereof has been completed, the Chief Municipal Officer shall- (a) cause such annual value to be entered in an assessment list in such Form, (b) give public notice of the assessment list and the place of inspection thereof in such manner, (c) fix such date, time and place for consideration of the annual value of any land or building ent~red in the assessment list, and (d) give, in the case of a revision of the annual value of any land or building or portion thereof, such notice fixing the date, time and place for consideration of the revision of the said annual value, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
