Entrustment of operation and maintenance of sewerage works and billing and collection of sewerage tax.

The Chief Municipal Officer may, with the prior approval of the Executive Authority, entrust the work of operation and maintenance of sewerage works in the municipal area and the work of billing and collection of sewerage tax to any agency.
