Temporary erection on streets during festivals.

The State Government shall, by rules, provide for the following matters:- (1) temporary erection on streets during festivals, (2) precautions during construction or repair of street, drain or premises, (3) regulation of streets, and (4) restoration of municipal properties by public utilities.
