Amendment of Schedule

The State Government may, by notification, after giving at least three months notice of its intention to do so by the same notification, add to or amend any item of the Schedule of any employment in respect of which it is of the opinion that the provisions of this Act should apply, and thereupon the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to include such employments, to which the provisions of this Act shall apply.
