Statutory text

(1) When the valuation list mentioned in Section 76 and the assessment register mentioned in Section 81 shall have been prepared or revised, the chairman shall sign the same and shall cause them to be deposited in the office of the Board and shall cause a notice in the prescribed form to be published in the manner prescribed.
(2) In all cases in which any property is for the first time assessed or the assessment is increased the Chairman shall also give notice thereof to the owner or occupier of the property.
