Non-observance of bye-laws

Non-observance of bye-laws-The Board at a meeting may dispense with the servance of any or all of the bye-laws made under Section 302, clauses (iii) and (iv), in regard to the erection, material alteration or re-erection of any building or class of buildings specified by it.
