Sanction of scheme by State Government

Sanction of scheme by State Government-The State Government may, on the application, in accordance with rule, of any Municipal Board at a meeting, or of any such Board acting conjointly with any one or more of the local authorities specified in Section 4, sanction a scheme for water supply or for the introduction of a system of lighting by electricity or otherwise or for supply of gas or of a system of drainage or sewerage.
