Effect of order made under Sections 159, 160, 161 or 162

Effect of order made under Sections 159, 160, 161 or 162-Every order made by a Magistrate under Sections 159, 160, 161 or 162 shall be deemed to be an order made by him in the discharge of his judicial duty and the Board shall be deemed to be persons bound to exercise such order within the meaning of the Judicial Officers’ Protection Act, 1850 (Act XVIII of 1850).
