Method of recovery by owner

Every owner who, under the provisions of the presiding section, may be entitles to recover any sum from any occupying tenant of any holding or of any portion thereof, shall have for the recovery of such sum all such and the same remedies, powers, rights and authorities, as if such sums were rent payable to such owner by such tenant in respect of so much of such holding as may be in the occupation of such tenant.
