Function in regard to pounds

Function in regard to pounds-Every Municipal Board shall, in regard to the establishment, maintenance and management of pounds perform such function as may be transferred to it by notification under Section 31 of the Cattle Trespass Act 1871 (Act of 1871),and lease out pounds, when so transferred, according to rules framed under this Section.
