Restriction, regarding tax on holdings.-Where the aggregate annual value of all holdings held by one owner within the municipality does not exceed six rupees the tax mentioned in Section 68 (1)

1. (a) shall not be imposed on any of the holdings of the said owner provided such owner is not assessed with any professional tax or income tax.
