Transfer of ownership

Statutory text
When the ownership of any registered dog of cattle is transferred with any period of registration it shall be registered a new within one month of the transfer in the name of the person to whom it has been transferred, and a fee not exceeding twenty-five paise shall be paid for every such last mentioned registration.
