Roofs and external walls not to be made of inflammable materials-The Board at a meeting may, by written notice require any person who has made any external roof or wall with thatch, mats, leaves or other inflammable materials in contravention of a bye-law made under Section 302 to remove or alter such roof or wall within a period to be specified in the notice.
