Complaint against nuisance

Complaint against nuisance-Any person aggrieved by a nuisance in any area may give information of the same to the Board. Upon receipt of such information the Board shall make an inquiry and if satisfied of the existence of nuisance may proceed in the manner laid down in the two preceding sections.
