Effect of revision of assessment register

The first assessment register prepared for any municipality under the Act and any revision thereof or alteration therein made under the foregoing sections shall, subject to the provisions of Section 88 and 96, take effect from the beginning of the quarter following the publication of the notice, mentioned in Section 94.
