Penalty for disobeying requisition under Section 159, 161, 164, 166 or 168- Whoever being the owner or occupier of any house or land within a municipality, fails to comply with a requisition issued by the Board under the provisions of Section 159, 161, 164, 166 or 168, shall be liable for every such default, to a penalty not exceeding fifty rupees and to a further penalty not exceeding ten rupees for every day during which the default is continued after the expiration of eight days from the date of service on him of such requisition.
