Penalty for allowing water of any sewer, etc., to run on any public road-Whoever causes or allows the water of any sink, sewer, latrineurinal, cess-pool, or any other offensive matter belonging to him or being in his land, to run or be thrown or put upon any public road, or causes or allow any offensive matter to run, drawn or be thrown into a surface, drain near any public road, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees and daily fine not exceeding five rupees during which the offence is continued.
