Penalty for disobeying requisition under Section 183 or 184

Any owner or occupier of a house or land who fails to comply with a requisition issued by the Board under the provisions of Section 183 or 184, shall be liable, for every such default, to a penalty not exceeding one hundred rupees, and to a further penalty not exceeding twenty rupees for every day during which the default is continued after the expiration of eight days from the date of service on him such requisition.
