Penalty for disobeying requisition under Section 201 or 206-Any person who fails to comply with a requisition issued by the Board under the provisions of Section 201 or 206 shall be liable, for every offence to a fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees and a further fine not exceeding five rupees for every day during which he shall continue to make such default after service on him of such requisition.
