Eligibility for election or re-election of Commissioners removed from office-No Commissioner of a Board who has been removed from his office under sub-section (1) or under clause (b), (c), (d), (e),

1. (f) or (g) of sub-section

1. (2) or under sub-section (3) of Section 29 shall be eligible for election or re-election as a Commissioner without the State Government.
