Notice to remove nuisance

Notice to remove nuisance-If the person on whom a notice has been served under the preceding section fails to comply with its requirements within the time specified therein if the nuisance although abated within such time is, in the opinion of the Board likely to recur, the Board may arrange for the execution of any work necessary to abate the nuisance or to prevent its recurrent, as the case may be, and may recover the cost from such person as it were a tax due to the Board.
