परिषद्, समितियाँ एवं प्रकोष्ठ
- (1) विश्वविद्यालय में ऐसी परिषद्, समितियाँ एवं प्रकोष्ठ होंगे जो इस अधिनियम में उपबंधित हैं या परिनियमों द्वारा विनिर्धारित किए जाएं।
- (2) परिषद्, समितियों एवं प्रकोष्ठों की संरचना, कार्यकाल, शक्तियाँ, कर्तव्य एवं कार्यप्रणाली परिनियमों द्वारा विनिर्धारित की जाएगी।
