Registration

If the Registrar is satisfied that the society has complied with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and that its proposed regulations are not contrary to the said provisions, he shall, upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed, register the society and its regulations, and shall issue a certificate of registration.
