Appeals

Appeals.—

1. (1) Except where it is otherwise provided by this Code or by any other law for the time being in force, an appeal shall lie to the superior authority from any decision or order passed by a revenue or survey officer under this Code or any other law for the time being in force.
2. (2) Such appeals shall be made within the time and in the manner prescribed.
3. (3) For the purposes of this section, an order passed by a subordinate revenue or survey officer shall be appealable to his immediate superior authority.
