Bar of suit against certified purchaser. — The certificate of purchase granted under section 153 shall be conclusive evidence of the title of the person named in such certificate as purchaser of the property therein described, and no evidence shall be admissible in any suit or other proceeding to show that the purchase was made on behalf of any other person, or on behalf of the judgment-debtor, though the name of any other such person be used for the purchase.
