Power to give and apportion costs

Power to give and apportion costs.— In all inquiries held by any revenue officer under this Code, it shall be lawful for such officer to direct by whom and in what proportion any costs incurred by any of the parties to the inquiry shall be paid, and the amount of such costs shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
