Recovery of free grants as arrear of revenue incase of misuse.— Where any land is granted by the Government free of occupancy price or on concessional occupancy price for specific purpose and the land is misused, the Collector may, without prejudice to any other penalty to which the holder may be liable under this Code, recover the market value of the land as on the date of grant as an arrear of land revenue.
