Revenue Court

Revenue Court.—

1. (1) A Revenue Officer, not below the rank of an Assistant or Deputy Collector while exercising power under this Code or any other law for the time being in force to inquire into or to decide any question arising for determination between the Government and any person or between parties to any proceedings, shall be a Revenue Court.
2. (2) No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which is by or under this Code required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Revenue Officer or the Revenue Court.
