Power to transfer cases

Power to transfer cases.— The Collector may, after due notice to the parties, by order in writing, transfer any case or appeal pending before him for disposal to any revenue officer subordinate to him, and may likewise transfer any such case or appeal pending before any such subordinate officer to his own file or to any other revenue officer subordinate to him and competent to dispose of the same.
