Setting aside sales of movables

Setting aside sales of movables.— At any time within thirty days from the date of the sale of any movable property, an application may be made to the Collector to set aside the sale on the ground of some material irregularity or mistake in publishing or conducting it; and the Collector may, after recording his reasons in writing, set aside the sale and order a fresh sale.
