Refund of deposit or purchase-money when sale set aside.— Whenever the sale of any property is set aside under sections 147, 149, 150 or 151, the purchaser shall be entitled to receive back his deposit or his purchase-money, as the case may be, together with such interest, if any, as the Government may allow.
