Copies and translations, etc., how to be obtained.— Application for copies or translations of documents in any office of a revenue officer or for any statement or extract therefrom, or for any order of a revenue officer, shall be made to the officer in charge of the office in the prescribed manner and such copies, extracts or orders shall be provided on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.
