Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (one) "Vidya Parishad" means the Vidya Parishad of the Institute; (two) "Director" means the Director of the Institute; (three) "Karya Parishad" means the Karya Parishad of the Institute; (four) "Sadharan Parishad" means the Sadharan Parishad of the Institute; (five) "Kul Sachiv" means the Kul Sachiv of the Institute; (six) "Regulations" means the Regulations of the Institute made under section 31; (seven) "Institute" means the Rashtriya Vidhi Sansthan Vishwavidyalaya established under section 3; and (eight) "Kuladhyaksh" means the Kuladhyaksh (Visitor) of the Institute.
